A quick and easy Halloween punch made with cranberry juice, citrus concentrates, and lemon-lime soda, ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for parties, it’s kid-friendly and can be spiked for adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (64-ounce) bottle of cranberry juice (100% cranberry juice preferred)
  • 1 (12-ounce) can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (12-ounce) can of frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups of pineapple juice
  • 1 (2-liter) bottle of lemon-lime soda or ginger ale
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Green food coloring
  • For garnish: Plastic spider rings or gummy worms, dry ice (optional), orange slices or lemon wheels

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen lemonade and limeade concentrates by placing the unopened cans in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes, or microwaving on 50% power for 30 seconds at a time until soft.
  2. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, thawed lemonade concentrate, thawed limeade concentrate, and pineapple juice. Stir well until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the 1 cup of water and stir again. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more water.
  4. Chill the juice base in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours) before serving.
  5. Just before serving, pour the entire 2-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda into the juice base and stir gently to incorporate without losing carbonation.
  6. Fill the punch bowl or pitcher with ice cubes. For less dilution, use frozen juice cubes made from the juice base.
  7. Add optional garnishes: plastic spider rings, gummy worms, or a small chunk of dry ice (handle with tongs, never bare hands).
  8. Float orange slices or lemon wheels on top for color. Serve with a ladle.

Notes

For best results, chill the juice base before adding soda. Do not add soda until ready to serve to keep the fizz. If using dry ice, handle with tongs and ensure it fully dissolves before serving. The punch can be made ahead by mixing the juice base up to 24 hours in advance. For a less sweet version, use diet soda or sparkling water. For an adult version, add 1-2 cups of vodka or white rum.
