A quick and easy 3-ingredient frozen strawberry lemonade slush that’s perfectly sweet and tangy, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300 grams) frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) lemonade
  • 1 cup (240 grams) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 2 cups (300 grams) frozen strawberries, 1 cup (240 ml) lemonade, and 1 cup (240 grams) ice cubes.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, lemonade, and ice cubes to the blender jar. Secure the lid tightly.
  3. Blend on low setting, gradually increasing to high, for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until thick and slushy.
  4. Check the texture: if too thick, add a splash of lemonade and pulse again; if too thin, add more ice cubes and blend briefly.
  5. Pour the slush into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a lemon wheel or fresh strawberry slice if desired.

Notes

Use fully frozen strawberries for best texture. Blend in short bursts to avoid overheating the blender. Chill glasses before serving for extra refreshment. Optional additions include fresh mint leaves or a splash of sparkling water. For a lower sugar version, substitute lemonade with unsweetened sparkling water.
